FOAM ADHESIVE

SPRAY TR85
Ideal for gluing materials like polyurethane foam to itself, wood or fabrics instantly.

PROPERTIES:

• Can be applied by aerografic or airless spray gun.
• Should be applied on both faces by contact.
• The adhesive can be tinted blue to visually facilitate the gluing process.
• Very good sprayability.
• The product dries quickly and does not cause the foam to swell.
• Very high tack.
• Open time very long.
• Rapid develop of the union´s strength

INSTRUCTIONS:
Ideal for gluing materials like polyurethane foam to itself, wood, metal or fabrics instantly.

SPRAY NI SPECIAL (Recommended for the mattress industry)

PROPERTIES & INSTRUCTIONS:

• Same properties as SPRAY TR-85 but non-flammable.
• Due to being non-flammable, it is especially suitable to avoid dangerous situations when gluing statically charged foam. 

SPRAY 92 TACK
All Spray 92 Tack are used for gluing materials like polyurethane foam to itself and foam to fabrics.

PROPERTIES:

• Can be applied by aerografic or airless spray gun.
• Should be applied on one face, generally on the less absorbent so the gluing works by humid transference.
• Should be applied on both faces if gluing is by contact.
• The adhesive can be tinted blue to visually facilitate the gluing process.
• Very good sprayability.
• The product dries quickly and does not cause the foam to swell.
• Very high tack.
